Embarcadero Technologies公司宣佈推出RAD Studio 2010。開發者可以利用它提供的便捷的
觸摸屏開發框架來創建基於觸摸GUI界面的程式，包括平板電腦、觸摸板和kiosk程式。
該版本提供了如下的新特性和功能：
創建手勢識別和觸摸控制的程式。
內置了超過30種的手勢設定，包括上、下、左、右以及像平移、縮放和旋轉。
可以通過VCL Gesture Designer在元件級對手勢進行可視化設定和添加。
可以在輸入螢幕上建立虛擬觸摸板和多語言鍵盤。
